Common questions
Is the website build really free?
Yes. We never charge for the build. The only ongoing cost is your monthly plan (plus a domain if you need one), which covers hosting, security, updates and changes, and it starts only if you choose to keep the site.
How much of my time does it take?
About 15 minutes to see your finished site, then roughly 30 minutes to confirm details. We write the copy.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month; cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Do I need my own domain?
No. If you don't already own one, we'll register it for you and add the domain cost to your bill. Already have one? We'll use it.
Who owns the site?
Your name, logo, photos and content are always yours. We host and own the site build.
What if I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice. You can also buy the site outright and take it with you; ask us for the buyout price.
Can I keep my booking or scheduling tool?
Usually, yes. Our concept demos kept the businesses' existing request and booking tools and linked to them from the new site.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Plans and add-ons are month-to-month, so you can add or drop services as your needs change.
What does full service include?
Full service means we handle your website from build to upkeep, and can also run your Google profile, reviews, ads and social, so you have one local person for all of it. Not included: photo or video shoots, logo design, email, online stores. Need something else? We'll quote it.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem. We build from your social page, photos and a short conversation. A brand-new build includes copywriting.
Starter or Growth?
Starter keeps your site live, secure and updated. Growth adds Google Business Profile, listings, reviews and a monthly report.
