The terms, plainly
No fine print surprises.
Every site includes a contact form. A brand-new site build includes copywriting (sites rebuilt from your current content keep your words). Billed monthly. Your name, logo, photos and content are always yours; we host and own the site build. If you cancel, you can buy the site outright; ask us for the buyout price.
